I heard last election that the limit to how long you could be out of country yet still vote in the election was made indefinite, and that the majority of overseas votes came from China. It wouldn't surprise me if there were shenanigans in that regard. I'll agree that there are unfortunately way too many dumb Canadians who would vote Liberal, but it's possible the Liberals were playing the fraud game as well, even if not as big.
I'm in the process of escaping the country, but a Biden win would surely fuck that up with lockdowns which you can be sure Canada would gladly jump on board with as well. Thankfully TRUMP WILL WIN!
On the plus side this will give a valid casus belli for liberating Canada from its leadership, given that Canada will almost certainly deny any extradition requests for the owners and management at Dominion. It's basically harboring insurrectionists and fomenting civil war in its neighbour.
