Why does your data in column C start with a higher % than column A, but end with a lower percent than column A? If they were the same value, or a constant ratio you would get a straight line. Edit, should say a constant difference, not ratio, since the % is already a ratio.
Why though? Column C should be Trumps share of people that voted for him but didn't vote straight party. That's what Dr. Shiva used, and its not what you're using. You're letting your conclusion drive your data.

Column C is Trump's share of Dem vote multiplied by Dem share of total vote plus Trump's share of Repub vote multiplied by Repub share of total vote.
