The dominion systems can have party labels with upper and lower case letters. The unconfirmed rumor is "republican" tallies are what is reported, but it neglects "repubIican" tallies. The uppercase I" replaced the lower case L in the coding, is allowed in the software, and how you loose votes in the display but can still confirm all votes. Like 15 million people voted and you just mentally accept 7.5 mil won to 7.2 mil challenger. Those .3 million "others"are independents or something, but you only had 15000 independent votes.
