No. The election is declared illegitimate. The House of Representatives, by state, vote for President. There are 32 Republican states and 19 Democrat. We win Trump presidency. Senate votes VP, we have majority there also so we get Pence. We win.
But when the recount proves Trump won, we now have the FEC chair saying it was illegitimate.
