The Supreme Court does not want to be in the position of deciding an election.
However, the corrupt executive in PA has violated the laws passed by the State Legislature, and at the same time violated Federal Law.
The Supreme Court cannot ignore that the Constitution puts voting and the selection of Electors in the hands of the Legislature, and that the corrupt executive has violated that provision as well as many others.
The Supreme Court, by not deciding, would be complicit in the corruption.
