You have the option to write in a reason. I've done that for spam. Also, you can click on the username to take the mods directly to the user's page, so they can see the spam.
Yes, I know you can write it in. I would prefer to have a button that can be quickly pressed, rather than having to laboriously click other and then write something. With the amount of spam that shows up in the morning hours, it's important to be able to click click click deport multiple times quickly.
