No kidding. 100% for death penalty for child sex abuse. Why pay to house & feed them just so they can be released & abuse more kids? Jesus said it's better to tie a massive stone around their necks & cast them into the sea BEFORE they offend against a child. Seems pretty clear where God stands. We should go with His approach.
