X - Y = Z

X = total votes recorded

Y = number of unique voters who are recorded as having voted (when you sign in to vote in person or your mailed ballot envelope is scanned)

Z = number of ballots scanned multiple times

———-

Take a high Dem % county like Wayne County (Detroit).

How you voted is secret, whether you voted is not.

The whistleblower saying ballots were scanned multiple times ... I couldn’t tell if she was saying it was done so in a way that would inflate the total vote turnout, or if it was displacing other Trump votes in a batch.

If the former, it would account for these ridiculously high turnout rates.

Unfortunately not many people have access to that data. Campaigns buy the data for use in the next cycle, but surely Secretaries of States can give insight.

In theory, # ballots = # envelopes = # voters recorded as having voted. Any mismatches point to fraudulent behavior.

So a recount needs to verify that all 3 are equal. An audit would also need to verify that the voters are really eligible to vote, that the envelopes are properly signed or ID'd, and that the ballots themselves are real.

Audit with 100% bipartisan oversight is clearly the way to be extra sure.

But if audits don’t happen, this is an easy formula for quantifying the fraud.
