They go from denying the election fraud to saying, "well, Russia hacked the 2016 election, so it really doesn't matter that there was election fraud?"

Once a state flips for Trump, they'll either double down on their denial that there is any election fraud or it will switch to "yes, there is election fraud, but election fraud is normal and we need to the patriotic thing and just accept the results"
