Today’s win only invalidates ballots whose identity was done after 9th November. All the ballots arriving till 9th are counted.

In fact it won’t have any change in count since they haven’t even counted the ones that had identification after 9th.

The one in SCOTUS seeks to invalidate every ballot arriving after 3rd Nov! That is the big one. The conservative majority must rule to keep up the law of the land and also PA own election laws.

We haven’t won’t the main one yet! Don’t get complacent

Correct!

But the state court victory today provides the Justices w/ an easier path. Essentially a state court judge has ruled that the SOS did not have the authority to extend a legislative deadline.

Yeah that’s true. However in the SCOTUS case, it wasn’t the SOS who changed the rule but it was the PA Supreme Court that changed the laws. As per the laws only the PA state legislature can bring about any change in election laws

This needs to be upheld by SCOTUS

No i believe it was governor wolf who changed the date a ballot could be accepted through executive order and the PA supreme Court dismissed a challenge to it, contravening the US Constitution
