If I do not date filter, I do get results within the past month, but if I set the date filter to past day/month/year, nothing. Maybe something is wrong with their date filter.

That's what it looks like. Either their webcrawler sucks ass or they blacklisted new results from TD.win intentionally.
If you want to avoid censorship, use Yandex.
Russia is kind enough to not censor us.
I only ever use Yandex for their reverse image search. Somehow it's FAR superior to any American option.
DuckDuckGo still works for me (desktop from Canada). Maybe it's region-based?

I think their webcrawler just sucks. I can never get recent results for anything- games, tournament results, even news sometimes.
