It appears that someone used Mildred Jones’ name to apply for a ballot to vote on 4 September 2020, then completed and mailed back that ballot sometime between 2 October and 6 November 2020 per the Election Ballot Status Website of the PA Department of State.
Upon further investigation, public records show that Mildred Jones’ middle initial begins with a B. This matches the gravesite discovered in Philadelphia.
According to the Social Security Death Index, Mildred Jones who died on Jan 26 2000 has the middle name Blanche.
Additionally, a search of the public records of property addresses indicates that Mildred does not reside at the voting address on file, but instead the property sold to Bankers Trust Co. in 2019. Given this information, it appears that the deceased no longer resides at her former address nor has ownership, despite the voter registry listing her there.
