Would also be great to know how many more people registered to vote during those extra days

I'm seeing around 7700 per an article I can find however that's only Maricopa County.

Groups pushing for this were Get out the Vote operations and this clearly made a significant impact. Trump is currently only 11537 votes behind and there can be approx 33K ballots left to count.
