Someone appears to have used Elizabeth Bartman’s name to apply for an absentee ballot on 15 October 2020. Someone then completed and mailed back that ballot sometime between 20 and 28 October 2020 as per the Election Ballot Status Website of the PA Department of State.
Upon further investigation, public records show that her middle initial begins with J as per the Social Security Death Index, which matches the headstone in Philadelphia.
She also appears as a “past resident” at the voting address on file per public records. Given this information, it appears that the deceased no longer resides at her former address nor has any ownership, despite the voter registry listing her there.
Given the evidence, it appears that someone used Elizabeth J. Bartman’s name in order to request an absentee ballot, had it sent to her former address, and then mailed it in for the general 2020 election.
