Someone appears to have used James J. Kopa’s name to apply for a mail-in ballot on 24 September 2020. Someone then completed and mailed back that ballot sometime between 24 September and 5 October 2020 as per the Election Ballot Status Website of the PA Department of State.

Mr. Kopa does not appear as a property owner nor resident at the address on file in the voter registry, nor in any public records. In fact, it seems that the last public record of his owning a home in his town was in 2009. It thus appears that the deceased no longer resides at his former address nor has ownership, despite the voter registry listing.

Given the evidence, it appears that someone used the James J. Kopa’s name in order to request a mail-in ballot, had it sent to his former address, and then mailed it in for the general 2020 election.

In light of these discoveries, sufficient evidence, and that we have many other examples, we believe that these indicate both intentional and widespread voter fraud in the state of Pennsylvania.

We request that anybody who can verify if any names on our list are mistaken and alive to please come forward to help us verify and correct the records. Conversely, if someone is not listed in the death records, but died and was listed as having voted, we request that someone with that knowledge please come forward.

We are currently investigating a number of other states in question as we believe this could impact the outcome of the election.
