That’s not exactly what the judge ruled and the ballots were never set aside, those orders were ignored. The ruling is regarding ballots that were cast without ID and the people have a 6 day period after the election to come back and show ID so their vote is counted. The SoS or whoever in Philly issued an extension to that time period. The judge ruled this extension was unlawful. There is now way to know how many votes this applies to because the votes were not set aside as justice alito instructed
But they will have the tabulation of how many votes were in the system at midnight, the day all votes were to stop being taken. They'll also have the vote total and % for both candidates at that minute. Will they just not refer to that as their legit number?
