Behind Beck is what's called a Monitor or Display Matrix that uses hardware known as a 'multiplexer' which splits one image to how ever many screens you have into one large image.
The chances of it lining up in those lines are VERY high....why? Because of number 2 and the standard of keeping your subject in the middle. If you look, he is exactly where he would be on a TV...in the Middle. The matrix of monitors is setup to be 16:9 like most TV's so naturally Trump is in the middle....
