Normally i would just be like, meh. But you would have to go out of your way to put a capital i after a lowercase L. That's not a spelling mistake. You have to hit shift + another letter instead of hitting L twice. I mean, it's still a stretch but hmm.
It does look like it's two different characters on twitters website... But when I copy and paste into other places it doesn't show up as a spelling error... Could this be a intentional misdirection from Twitter insiders?

I just pasted it into Wordpad and changed the font to Courier (Comic Sans works too). It is 100% a lower case L then capital i.
Did wherever you paste it have autocorrect?
