Scorecard is definitely real. It's just software used to send votes from the precincts to county or state tabulation centers.

I don't know about Hammer. It is supposedly a hacking toolkit made by the CIA. Many people including Sydney Powell claimed it's real, but I don't know where they got their information.

Yeah I just read that too. Seems as though there are a variety of hacking tools under the "Hammer" nomenclature.
