As this particular order stands at the moment, we don't want it to go to SCOTUS (because we Win as it stands now). However, in theory the other side could ask SCOTUS to review it and the Courts 3 (4-5?) leftists could ask to review it. SCOTUS requires at least 4 Justices to agree to review a matter.
