Based on what we know now. What is the most likely outcome as far as states won and popular vote?

popular vote don't mean shit. I live in Ca and they let non citizens vote in any and all elections(state federal). There are no ID checks, no citizenship validations, nothing. They just compare signatures. Popular vote is BS. This is also why Dems love illegal immigration; it allows them to boost populations in Sanctuary States to receive more Reps in the House of Reps; they assume they all will be future dem voters, and finally they can use their illegal votes to obtain the popular vote, and then use that to say they were cheated of course

  1. SCOTUS will rule x number of ballots invalid (whether these are un-supervised, late, cured, who knows) in various states (probably PA, MI, AZ, GA) and then we'll see how the numbers fall re:states and popular vote

and/or

  1. It's impossible to exactly identify which ballots are affect, just the raw number, and so states will 2a) use their own legislature to send electors, weighing the court rulings into their decision, in which case popular vote is meaningless (which it is anyway) or states will 2b) send two sets of competing electors because it turns into an inconclusive cluster fuck

Trump fairly won 300-310 electoral votes, including GA, PA, MI, WI, and AZ. AZ may be close but is the only one of those open to any interpretation. NV may have gone D by fraud or may have been legitimately D. (There is fraud in NV, it just may have not have changed the outcome). Similarly, VA is probably legitimately D but may have been stolen by larger scale but less detected fraud than some of the others.

The largest and most egregious fraud was PA, scale over 500,000 votes. MI was stolen by on the order of 300,000 votes. The steal in WI was the most blatant in that it came all at once in the dead of night, but in scale was about 125,000 votes. Georgia was stolen gradually on the same scale as WI. AZ was held for counting late and likely has fraud on a scale only in the 50,000 range; Nevada fraud may be that scale, half that scale, or twice that scale, we can't yet tell. VA may or may not have had fraud on a scale between WI and MI.

The total steal was at least 1,000,000 votes counted late and fraudulently, from ballots created out of thin air showing no relationship to those counted earlier in the night, even from the same places. This is on top of any systematic software fraud they may have had in place, and occurred in a targeted manner because the systematic bias approach (multiple voting, dead voting, software bias "glitches", etc) were not sufficient in the face of a Trump wave.

The switch to the "old school" mass fraud tactics occurred at the counting pause. The Biden campaign telegraphed it by outlandishly claiming they would win GA, and nobody thought they could steal PA at 790,000 votes down (it was expected they would pick up 250,000 net from undercounted stronghold areas at that point, but there was no way they honestly made up 800,000 that way).
