Followed a Prius (complete with Bernie 2016 bumper sticker) the other day going well under the speed limit. When the one lane became two there was a stop light. Looked over to see what the moron looked like and sure enough she was wearing a mask.
Whenever I see this (which is very Often) I wonder what goes on inside of their heads? Like what do you think is going on and how do you think all of it works? If you believe that the air all over the world is just saturated with covid germs then how do they also think that the mask and face shield actually do anything? Do they wear it in their house? Do they believe that somehow every 6 feet of space around your general area will be filtered through a piece of cloth just because you’re wearing it? When people say things like “we have people working here that are susceptible to covid” does that mean that they’ve been wearing a mask their entire life because any viral or bacterial infection would kill them? Have they taken any time to actually go onto the cdc website and look at the actual death rates? I know the answer is “cnn tells me to wear a mask” but seriously how the fuck are these people so stupid that they actually are living their lives like this. Fuck.
My new neighbor was mowing his lawn last week with a mask on. In his back yard on his riding mower with nobody else around. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was because a bunch of people in the neighborhood were burning leaves but odds are it’s just because he’s a Biden bro.
I see idiots with masks on in their cars too. I bet they wear them in their homes. Maybe while showering?
