Even Lin Wood is doing this.

For the last time. The PA state judge ruled the the date of Nov 9 to fix ID issues w/ your ballot could not be moved to NOV 12 by the SOS. Any ID issues fixed after NOV 9 cannot be counted.

Alito order separation of all late arriving ballots. i.e. Any ballot received after Nov 3, 8 pm.

It should serve as precedent that acknowledges the rules are set by legislature.

But its not the same issue!

Correct. But did you read Lin Wood's tweet?

I don't think he is helping the Trump legal efforts.

That's why they're saying it. It sets the precedent for how this should be handled. It's not a guarantee obviously, but why would the SCOTUS change how they handle in this instance?

I completely agree. But from Wood's tweet it seemed as it he was saying any ballot received late would not be counted. That is the win we desire, but this was not that ruling.

Yeah -- perhaps but it is Twitter. i mean you can't really get too much into the weeds on that. It would seem that the SCOTUS will go by the book of the rules is what the implication is. (Which would bode well for Trump IMO).

Hopefully, SCOTUS will overturn the last-minute PA Supreme Court ruling allowing mail in ballots to come in anytime and with no safeguards.

That should disqualify a shitload of fake votes.
