What's gotta give to get these state Democrats in court? Holy fuck.

After watching Shiva's analysis, I believe this full audit is 100% justified

I want Ted Nugent and Kid Rock to oversee the recount.

Are there any other options, or does she get the final say?

There are allegations that unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, outside of sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody or even any envelopes. According to the allegation, this included a batch of 40,000 ballots that arrived early Wednesday morning from out of state vehicles. All of these new ballots were for one candidate.

This is what I want an answer to more than anything.

Luckily the MI legislature is super on it. I have no doubt in my mind that this'll happen.

My birthday today, my only wish is 4 more years and election transparency.

Its great we are starting to get support from within the GOP, but it won't happen unless WE get out and do something. Anyone in MI needs to put pressure on their local GOP rep, let them know there is huge support for this.

A full audit. This should of already happened IMHO. But hey....it should be done.

CaptainQuip 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes it should have.

The amount of fucking around scares me. I've seen no swamp locked up over 4 years and thus have to keep it real. I hope to hell Trump wins....but we can't have a repeat of NOT dealing with the swamp. Don Jr needs to step in and help his father hire patriots who will actually fight for America. Something needs to change.

Well, the election is over now, so don't have to worry about optics concerning it. Trump has started firing/force resigning people and putting his people in place, rearranging the pieces on the board.

Bold move and signal bringing back Flynn's protege and the guy from The Plot Against the President. Among other things, we also have Durham out there in the ether, who still has the possibility of being (if you'll pardon the pun), a trump card.

To quote my favorite President, "We'll see what happens!" At this point in time, we should't have too long to wait.

If they only request then who gets to decide if it actually goes through?

eplettner 4 points ago +4 / -0

A legal request is not always optional. I'm not sure about in this case but the request may mean, do it now

And the D response was to rush certification in Lansing... I really hope this pisses off the judge who is supposed to rule on the injunction tomorrow at noon.

Do audits include witness testimony about the destruction of ballots?
