Unfortunately the title is misleading.

We got a very small victory on the reducing the time to cure the provisional ballots to the 9th, instead of the 12th.

But the real battle is to remove the ballots received after election day.

Hopefully it sets a precedent for the upcoming ruling about all ballots that arrived after the 3rd, as it involves PA's SoS also making another potentially unlawful decision just before the election.

Yes you're right. It's definitely a win because the court recognized that the power of deciding the election rules are with the legislature.
