I'll add some exclamation points after someone confirms that Philly did in fact destroy mail-in ballot sleeves. The "adjusted dates" that are the heart of additional witness testimony on backdate stamping at USPS. Starting to hate peering into the ever-thickening soup of democrat subterfuge and chicanery.
