Yes, I KNOW Trump is different, but imo, the resources needed to do this would be taken away from campaigning...not a good idea for a fledging Party.
Trump is on a path to completely revamp the Republican Party.
He has ALREADY changed it into the Party for the American worker...something the Dems identified w for decades and decades.
Trump has already made significant inroads into minority communities; something the Dems have always assumed belonged to them.
The times they are a changin'.
