Turns out very similar happened in Sarpy County. In Sarpy county it appears they took 3,213 from Jorgensen and 5,753 from President Trump. It also appears they added an additional 8,456 to CCP Joe's total. In Sarpy Senator Sasse (and likely President Trump) had such a commanding lead 66% to 27% (Dem) and 7% (Lib), they weren't able to steal enough to put Biden into the lead. Instead they just increased it similarly to Douglas, Increasing Biden on average 44% per precinct (increased in all 50 plus), while decreasing Jorgenson by 133% on average (she had less votes in every precinct) and President Trump's by 12% on average (decreased in all but 1 precinct) as compared to their Senatorial party running mates. The ending margin of victory in Sarpy was President Trump at 54%, CCP Joe at 43% and Jorgenson at 3%.

If anyone is connected to the NE Republican leadership that can actually conduct a manual audit, feel free to share this information with them.

Also, I encourage anyone to look at the data from NE link above and see if they come to same conclusion. This would explain the NE2 outcome. I'm guessing this had to be done electronically and the few precincts that President Trump didn't have fewer votes than Sasse in, either had such large leads for President Trump (as compared to Sasse and/or Biden) the algorithm couldn't overcome the lead or the individual precincts caught the errors through their own manual review.
