Absolutely. This lady is Claire Woodall-Vogg, the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Election Commission. She is the person that brought the ballot count from all Milwaukee absentee ballots that looked very fraudulent on the day after election. https://i.ma.ga/4ECYx.png See the giant spike in that photo. This video is proof that no GOP or Democrat observer is with her while she tabulates the final vote counts on the machines, which is illegal, because she would have been the only person who would know what the results of the tallies were.
Not to mention all the other suspisous activity by her. In a letter sent to the administrator of the Wisconsin Election (https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/20404086/wolfe-letter-regarding-flash-drivedocx-2.pdf) Claire Woodall-Vogg admits she forgot one of the flash drives back in the counting area. It then passed through multiple hands with no over site and was counted in the official results. She was the only person to verify vote totals, decide whether or not the forgotten flash drive was tampered with, and input the results. There are multiple times where procedure was not followed and laws were broken. This means a judge could (and should) throw these votes out.
