I'll play devil's advocate here - my thinking, personally, is that he doesn't want to divulge too much as to keep critical information under wraps until it's appropriate to discuss. I think he is walking the line carefully as he can to give us as much info as he can. Definitely could be wrong, though. I'm hopeful that there's more at play than we all know about.

agreed, if they release everything they'll have time to cover it up. they're waiting for SCOTUS to see the cases first.
