Not sure when her term is up, but Gavin will an appointment to make. Do you think he will appoint Nancy to the Senate? Or what other Californian would he want in there? Maybe himself. He could. Or maybe he will pull a Blagovich and sell the seat.
I made a post about this earlier, and Obama's apparently the outlier in that he’s the only POTUS/VP going back to at least Clinton/Gore that resigned their prior elected position before the Electoral College met. Harris not resigning isn’t out of the ordinary, sad to say. But not many people know that so we can still try and meme it into reality

I don’t think he sold the seat. It is something he was sent to jail for. I think Obama was pissed that Blago would not give him the power to assign it to Valerie or one of his friends. Blago was looking for options but like all democrats he knew he had something of value and thought he could leverage it. The Democrat Chicago way. He got thrown under the bus. I read portions of the case file and he was passing favors for campaign donations. Personal knowledge. I don’t know Vargas.

Obama resigned his after 9 days

Yeah, Biden didn’t resign his until Jan 15th. Barry had to so Rob could make his money selling the seat.

I listened to a podcast where Vargas always asks those 2 questions to anyone who thinks Blago sold the seat.
