I made a post about this earlier, and Obama's apparently the outlier in that he’s the only POTUS/VP going back to at least Clinton/Gore that resigned their prior elected position before the Electoral College met. Harris not resigning isn’t out of the ordinary, sad to say. But not many people know that so we can still try and meme it into reality
Yep, I'm all for playing it ANY way that we can. Lord knows the other side is married to the TRUTH. In fact, I'd welcome a little LOGIC from them once in a while.

Yeah, Biden didn’t resign his until Jan 15th. Barry had to so Rob could make his money selling the seat.

You realize there was only one president between Clinton/Gore and Obama/Biden.
Her term is up in 2022. So she'll have to resign at some point..... OR maybe she'll just keep her seat.
