Vast majority of if not all people in a position to put forth bills are swamp creatures who profit off the scam whether they win or lose the "elections."

Its easy to do most other countries do it.

You put in a government run electoral commission. Any fraud the director and executives go to jail.

No fraud.

Because America is run by people who don't have our best interests at heart. That's why.

Insane to think we even need to have that conversation or push a bill like that.
