I'm getting used to this weasel-speak. State the elections were most secure ever(OPINION), then state the elections weren't COMPROMISED, which has nothing to do with the previous statement whatsoever. If I owned a bank that was the most secure ever and find evidence it was never compromised that does not rule out the possibility errors occurred on the behalf of employees. All the term compromised implies is that no one outside the facility intruded inside. It does not imply nothing went wrong, a claim they will never make.

Take a good look. This is what a war without shots fired looks like. We were foretold. Make no mistake, we are currently at war.
