Inspect elements. Default hot key on most browsers is F12. Hover over the elements show which part of the webpage the element affects, expand the part to narrow dow until you find a line with the plain text you want to change. Edit the line you want, then take a screenshot. This way you won’t need to worry about any formatting.
It would be a very simple operation if Ron Paul has a tweet with the cuckcheck banner, if not, you might need to change the tweet without the cuckcheck, change the cuckcheck on another tweet, screenshot them both and piece them together in an image editing software (e.g. Photoshop)
Inspect elements allows you to change the code of the webpage locally and alter the rendering output of your browser, but it will not affect what any other user sees.
That's great! How do you make these?

Brilliant, thanks.
