Don't treat people as so black and white. Tim's on his own "side" and is just more skeptic about what can be proved in court and whether it can really flip the election. I have looked at a lot of the filings, and while I believe it does imply fraud, there is no concrete evidence like an email or text message that explicitly states it. As he said in a recent video, "there's smoke."

Tim just doesn't believe there's a grand conspiracy and most people really just don't know what they are doing, but if proof is found he will believe it.

It's actually important to be able to prove to someone like Tim what we believe has been going on --we need something like a solid demonstration votes being switched or actual communications that showed a conspiracy to produce hundreds of thousands fraudulent ballots. Otherwise, normies will always think Trump stole the election and that the whole system is rigged for Republicans.
