well he won a PA case today saying all the votes received after the election are disregarded. Now we just need them to do it with the ballots that they wouldn't let poll watch, and they illegally disregarded the envelopes so people can't figure out which are illegal
either the supremes rule that the PA executive branch wilfully ignored their orders and therefore the state legislature gets to remedy as they see fit
or
states get to ignore the supremes forever because they will have set a precedent that they won't/can't enforce their own rulings
