First: GA, eliminate mail in ballots prior to the January runoff!

Everyone of these legislatures needs to demand:

-Full Hand Recount w/ individual ballot inspection by D and R. If no exception raised by either party it gets counted. If excepted it goes to individual adjudication.

-Review of who voted crossed w/ NCoA's, and SS Database to determine deceased voters. Voters who have not voted in many cycles, need to be verified.

-If obvious ineligible voters participated, and if no connection between ballot and that name exist, invalidate!

-The legislatures can control this process. Power to regulate the election is vested in state legislatures.
