It's pretty clear. The PA Commonwealth Secretary did shit she didn't have the authority to do. Therefore, any segregated ballots that fall under the said Nov 5 court order can't be counted.
Secretary Boockvar issued “guidance” (read: an order) to County Boards of Elections statewide to accept mail-in ballots past the November 1 deadline.
This “guidance” (read: order) has gone on to pave the way for stealing Pennsylvania as ballots have mysteriously continued to roll in.
This “guidance” (read: order) has been ruled illegal as Boockvar does not have the Constitutional authority to issue it, nullifying all ballots received after November 1.
Therefore, the ballots used to steal the election are struck from the record and will not be counted in the eventual recount to follow.
