Amendment 12 in the constitution states if the election can't be certified and Trump doesn't concede, all votes become void and the house decides.

At that point, each state is allowed one vote.

37 out of 50 states are republican.

Woah.

I think that's the endgame here.

Flipping PA, GA and another state would be ideal, but invalidating their electors and taking it to the house is what Trump's team is aiming at, I think

What I want to know: how does he invalidate electors?

Trump doesnt have to invalidate it. The state ligislatures need to, and will.

Now dont get me wrong our votes DO matter... BUT ultimately the states decide who they send to cast their electoral vote. Remember when Trump won in 2016, and the Democrats tried to get the states to have the electoral college go with the popular vote instead? This is the same thing, but actually for a legit reason.

Every state in question right now is Republican. When its time, they will sit down and determine if they feel like the election was legitimate or not. If so, they will go with the voters. If not, they will go with who they think best represents their state.

This is all constitutional. And the way it should be for these types of situations. We honestly have no clue how accurate the election is, because there is so much fraud everywhere.

As I understand it, by making the vote impossible to certify. Enough lawsuits and you can make the legislature not certify the results and thus choose not to send electors

(Not a lawyer, but this is how I understand it)

Many paths to victory but the communists will riot in each path.

Hence the DoD personnel changes.

This is what Ive been saying, but people called me retarded. LoL. Trump just doesnt have to concede... and he has every reason and right NOT to. It doesnt matter what the courts say, we know this election was a fraud. The 80 million mail in ballots alone is enough reason. Add in the faulty software, the massive amount of votes Trump received, the communist insurrection, and coup... Hold the line, and we will win.

Trump just needs to fire and replace anybody who is not loyal and ready to go to war with him. He needs support. Everybody should be writing him letters or calling and telling him we have his back, he needs it.

Then he remains OUR President, even if half the country doesn't recognize him as such.
