This unfortunately is exactly what will happen with the Dem’s communist National Popular Vote compact they’re doing with the electoral college. Basically once they get enough states to exceed 270, whoever wins the popular vote will get all states that signed with it, regardless of who won the state. All it takes is a bunch of fake ballots in California and other liberal states to rig the election.
It will be shot down in the challenge before the Supreme Court. They are in clear violation of the US Constitution that PROHIBITS states from enter into treaties or compacts without prior approval from Congress.
Article 1 Section 10 Clause 3 - No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, ... enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power...
So sit back and let them play their fucking games and think they've won. Then when the votes are counted and the non-popular vote guy has won the state under the Electoral College system you break out that piece of the Constitution to drag them in front of the SCOTUS. Then they get their dick slammed in the door a few times for clear violation which nulls their bullshit and falls back to the old rules then your guy gets the presidency.
