If they do NOT cast aside, then Trump Team can petition the courts and appeal all the way to the SCOTUS, which holds up the recount, until a decision has been rendered. At which time, the recount will commence with the ballots either removed or not.

Except the way it works is this:
One of two things will turn up.
The votes that were sloppily jammed through at 4 am and will easily be identified as such.
The 4 am votes don't exist anymore. If that is the case we win automatically.
I have been saying this since November 4th, we need to AUDIT every battleground state. Who do we have auditing their results so far? Just Georgia?
