What's this trending stuff about Trump 2024? He can't run for a third term can he?

First off, know your Constitution. He can't SERVE more than 2 terms. He can run a million times if he wants.

No it says he cannot be elected to the office more than twice. He can serve more than two terms, but no more than 2 1/2 (10yrs) if during one of the terms he ascends to the office with less than half of a term remaining.

He could serve 2017-2021, come back as VP for 2021-2023, take over as POTUS on Jan 22 2023 and serve out the term to Jan 2025, be reelected, and serve 2025-Jan 2029.

Technically, since he can't be elected to the office of president more than 2x, the electors could agree to throw all their votes to Pence for president, and Trump for vice president, and Pence could resign at 2yrs and a day, making DJT the incumbent POTUS eligible to run in 2024.

But reality is it is doomers falling for the media psyops.
