i am about to watch it to see how Alex did. it will be the most tim pool i have ever sat through. i caught the last five minutes of the stream before it ended. tim looked annoyed at Alex. i don’t know if that is just how he is normally or if he had enough of jones.
He looked like he had enough of Jones. The podcast was doing fairly well but it seems near the middle of it, Tim looked like he was starting to regret having Malice & Jones on at the same time. I could've sworn I saw him furiously rubbing his nose.
oh man, i am halfway in and i need to take a break from tim. you called him humorless somewhere in this post and you are right. he isn’t making this interview fun or engaging. he is nannying the show and it is taking it too seriously. i also didn’t realize he was the kind of guy that relies on sources and external validation before allowing himself to process or even listen to anything. i am glad malice was on the show to bridge the differences. i do not understand how tim got to be so popular. he is a pseudo-intellectual who, despite his ability to use big words, can barely articulate his thoughts.
Yeah, he wants to be part of the cool kids so badly but he tries to be a "responsible serious adult in the room" sooo much and it's fuckin' annoying. So glad Adam has his own show now.
