Not giving up in anyway but Rudy or anyone responsible for the legal strategy needs to rethink it. Tuned in to the PA court proceeding today and as an attorney I can say that the lawyers are being absolutely massacred in court. Literally listened to the whole five hours and the witnesses were terrible, contradicted their affidavits (one actually said he saw nothing wrong with the voting/ballot counting at the center so why would they have him as a witness). Another one shot his credibility to hell by admitting that he may or may not be getting paid by the campaign (why would they have him as a witness???). All the evidence gathered from dontpushthegreenbutton dismissed because the lawyers admitted that the majority of what they got was lies and spam and they didn’t check the ones they submitted into court.

Definitely want this to get to the Supreme Court but it’s not going to if the proceedings keep going like this.

Which case? I didn't watch. It's important to understand these are not a jury trials, they are trying to convince Judge to grant preliminary relief, or build a record for appeal. I used to be a trial attorney. Big difference between convincing a judge or building a record for appeal than convincing a jury. Look at complaint of the case and see what exactly the relief being sought is.

It was the evidentiary hearing in Maricopa County AZ earlier today not PA (I got PA on my mind clearly). I did read the affidavits and I’m aware of the injunctive reliefs that are being sought. After listening in I’m having a hard time seeing how any judge would grant relief just based on how incredibly unreliable the witnesses that the lawyers depended on were. They completely undermined the case and their own affidavits. It was honestly a shit show and an appeal based on this is going no where. I mean one of the witnesses during cross examinations admitted to being the lawyer’s business partner (why would they include him as a witness??)

I read the PA affidavits too and honestly they’re not any better. You should take a look at them (they’re long but that’s what law school was supposed to prepare us for right?).

I understand the urgency here with trying to get this litigated but just taking any and all witnesses who seem to have a strong enough story and then having them crumble in court does nothing for the cause.

Just read Djt4P v. Hobbs complaint. This is super narrow regarding a couple hundred votes. There are big cases and small narrow cases with little potential impact. No cause for concern. Don't need to win every case, just enough to get desired remedies or appealable rulings in some of them. No loserthink
