If PA case wins at supreme court on the constitutional issue of equal opportunity, it is going to be likewise ruled the same for all of the TRUMP lawsuits alleging the same law violations in the other 5 states where the mail in ballots are being farmed. The supreme court will set a new historic legal precedent and several states will end up flipped red.
You guys asking for dirt on dominion or whatever will probably get it, but not until we have an answer at the supreme court. That is a separate issue and may or may not result in disqualified ballots or arrests.

So I’m pretty sure it works as such, but anyone can jump in and correct me if I’m wrong. If it’s not resolved by December 14th it becomes a contested election and goes to the house of representatives to vote. However, they need a 75% quorum to be called to a vote (which republicans theoretically will win because it’s one state one vote and there are more republican states in the house than dem states). If they can’t call a vote (because dens hold out) and there is still no President elected then House speaker Nancy Pelosi becomes acting President.

PA and GA alone end up putting Joe in a very precarious position electorally. With exactly 270 votes, he can't afford a single faithless elector. From there, it would to to the House (every state gets one vote and there are more R states), where Joe might be favored for "winning" the vote, or President Trump might be favored because of the fraud.
For our least dangerous path forward, we need to pick up another state. MI has the most evidence of malpractice, but I also distrust their courts. WI seems more receptive to auditing the election than MI does (though we'll find out tomorrow what MI decides). AZ is close enough that we can pull something off with our affidavits, and NV is likely the same. Especially if we can make a case based on the signature mismatch. The thing is that I really distrust NV's judicial bodies.
We can lose GA if we pick up MI (which would be bizarre, but not the strangest thing to happen this election) and be in the same place we would have otherwise been in. But if we prove that Dominion is changing thousands of votes in GA, it's going to upend these other states and force their hands. May cause the rest of the U.S. to do an audit (but that would probably be too expensive for them to actually do. I wish).

I'm risking some downvotes here, but I'm going to provide some context here, because I've been thinking about the time-frame that all of these events are going to occur. It's probably, because some of the anxiety I've been seeing here as of late, and I love you guys too much to watch you guys get so anxious.
I earnestly believe, and still do, that the evidence, and the movements to purport it, are being prepared, and done as we speak. What I think some folks here don't understand are the following two facets:
Courts move, real slow...if you don't believe me, go look up the average time-frame for most legal cases. Chances are, (and I'm open to being proven wrong), you aren't going to find a case that moved as fast the prosecution may have wanted it too. The Biden team is more then likely prepared with sham, bullshit arguments that are going to have to be heard in the court of law, whether we like it, or not.
The silver lining here is that Bush V. Gore was a relatively fast process, and that is, because of electoral time-frames. I have no reason to believe that we won't see a resolution to the legal warfare sooner rather then later.
In legal warfare, once doesn't show their hand so quick, if that makes sense. We need to give Giuliani, and the Trump legal team, some slack here over the presenting of evidence. Heck, I'm real happy so far that they've managed to produce the amount of evidence they've shown so far.
As much as we'd all like to see the individuals responsible for the fraud put behind bars, reality is,it ain't going to happen as fast as we want it too. Have patience in the system, play some golf in the mean-time like GEOTUS, and see how things play out over the next two months (because it's probably going to take a couple of months for everything to manifest). If Trump wasn't confident in the outcome, then we wouldn't be seeing all of the power-play moves he's been making over the last week.

Do you mean you think in 2 months trump will have been re-elected? Or do you mean within 2 months there will have been some court hearings? What happens after two months and more importantly what is happening from, say Monday, to 2 months from now. Court cases? What kinds of court cases? Is the plan to get these states to flip to Trump and get to 270? WhAt about the December 14th deadline.

Inauguration Day is January 20, 2021. Up until that time, the lawsuits need to work through the legal pipeline up to the highest court of the land, the SCOTUS. So, in two months, we'll be witnessing court hearings through the carpet bombing of lawsuits that the Trump legal team has dropped in the states where the fraud has been occurring. I can't guarantee that Trump will win, as I'm not Nostradamus, but I feel comfortable that he has a narrow, but good shot at pulling this off. So, to answer your question, in these two months we'll be seeing legal battles.
Can't say much about the December 14th deadline, but maybe these legal battles could work around that somehow? Another pede who may know more then I will have to chip in here to answer your question on that.
There's several ways that GEOTUS can succeed. I think the most likely way he pulls this off is by having the courts discount compromised ballots, or ballots that could be potentially compromised (as in the legal victory we had yesterday, 11/12/20). If that happens in PA, and MI, then Biden falls below 270. Then an audit, and re-canvassing will hopefully occur, which should in theory, weed out the compromised ballots. So, yes, the plan should be to try, and throw out compromised Biden ballots to force things to go below 270.
Hopefully if the audit, and re-canvassing shows the insane amount of compromised ballots that we've heard about from Giuliani, then there's a shot that we can win electorally.
What we would want to see from SCOTUS is the re-affirmation of the Constitution's dictate when it comes to the legislature setting the time, and place of voting. Not the courts. In PA's case, the PA Supreme Court dictated election rules, not the PA legislature. If someone else has another positive SCOTUS scenario, please feel free to reply to me with that scenario.
Another way that Trump can succeed is the Courts have the House of Representatives decide things. In this way, each state sends a delegation to vote, and it would be one vote for each state. Since there are more states that voted for Trump, then for Biden, we will win in this way. This would be the scenario where Trump wins without technically going to SCOTUS, but I'm not sure if SCOTUS makes the call for the states to vote.
Personally, I want the states to vote for the President. I think in this scenario, the end-result is less explosive. I'm not on the left, so I can't speak for them, but I think the states deciding would be...more palatable, maybe then having a decked Constitutionalist SCOTUS make the call? Don't quote me on that since I can't speak for the other side of the aisle haha.
Let me know if there's something I didn't explain well enough, as chances are, this may not have been the best possible answer that you could've gotten regarding this subject haha.
I think it’s fairly easy to speak for the left in terms of how the results are overturned (by SCOTUS or delegation). It will sound something like weeping and gnashing of teeth and it will look something like smoke rising from cities and peaceful acquisitions of large screen televisions from places like Target, Best Buy and Walmart. If PA case wins at supreme court on the constitutional issue of equal opportunity, it is going to be likewise ruled the same for all of the TRUMP lawsuits alleging the same law violations in the other 5 states where the mail in ballots are being farmed. The supreme court will set a new historic legal precedent and several states will end up flipped red.
You guys asking for dirt on dominion or whatever will probably get it, but not until we have an answer at the supreme court. That is a separate issue and may or may not result in disqualified ballots or arrests.
The thing is, they have filed lawsuits against PN in the federal courts and because they have a solid case in that stare who have acted unconstitutionally this could very well go before the eyes of SCOTUS which tbh is our best shot for some fair judgement and upholding of the law.

So I’m pretty sure it works as such, but anyone can jump in and correct me if I’m wrong. If it’s not resolved by December 14th it becomes a contested election and goes to the house of representatives to vote. However, they need a 75% quorum to be called to a vote (which republicans theoretically will win because it’s one state one vote and there are more republican states in the house than dem states). If they can’t call a vote (because dens hold out) and there is still no President elected then House speaker Nancy Pelosi becomes acting President.

That's a backup route. I analyzed our paths for someone else and I'll copy/paste that below.
PA and GA alone end up putting Joe in a very precarious position electorally. With exactly 270 votes, he can't afford a single faithless elector. From there, it would to to the House (every state gets one vote and there are more R states), where Joe might be favored for "winning" the vote, or President Trump might be favored because of the fraud.
For our least dangerous path forward, we need to pick up another state. MI has the most evidence of malpractice, but I also distrust their courts. WI seems more receptive to auditing the election than MI does (though we'll find out tomorrow what MI decides). AZ is close enough that we can pull something off with our affidavits, and NV is likely the same. Especially if we can make a case based on the signature mismatch. The thing is that I really distrust NV's judicial bodies.
We can lose GA if we pick up MI (which would be bizarre, but not the strangest thing to happen this election) and be in the same place we would have otherwise been in. But if we prove that Dominion is changing thousands of votes in GA, it's going to upend these other states and force their hands. May cause the rest of the U.S. to do an audit (but that would probably be too expensive for them to actually do. I wish).
My guess is something big happens next week (not the nail in the coffin) but something eye opening.

I'm risking some downvotes here, but I'm going to provide some context here, because I've been thinking about the time-frame that all of these events are going to occur. It's probably, because some of the anxiety I've been seeing here as of late, and I love you guys too much to watch you guys get so anxious.
I earnestly believe, and still do, that the evidence, and the movements to purport it, are being prepared, and done as we speak. What I think some folks here don't understand are the following two facets:
The silver lining here is that Bush V. Gore was a relatively fast process, and that is, because of electoral time-frames. I have no reason to believe that we won't see a resolution to the legal warfare sooner rather then later.
As much as we'd all like to see the individuals responsible for the fraud put behind bars, reality is,it ain't going to happen as fast as we want it too. Have patience in the system, play some golf in the mean-time like GEOTUS, and see how things play out over the next two months (because it's probably going to take a couple of months for everything to manifest). If Trump wasn't confident in the outcome, then we wouldn't be seeing all of the power-play moves he's been making over the last week.

TL;DR: I have no reason to believe that the Trump legal team, as well as the President himself, aren't on top of this. The Courts move slow, but they'll work as the system has intended.

Do you mean you think in 2 months trump will have been re-elected? Or do you mean within 2 months there will have been some court hearings? Inauguration Day is January 20, 2021. Up until that time, the lawsuits need to work through the legal pipeline up to the highest court of the land, the SCOTUS. So, in two months, we'll be witnessing court hearings through the carpet bombing of lawsuits that the Trump legal team has dropped in the states where the fraud has been occurring. I can't guarantee that Trump will win, as I'm not Nostradamus, but I feel comfortable that he has a narrow, but good shot at pulling this off. So, to answer your question, in these two months we'll be seeing legal battles.
Can't say much about the December 14th deadline, but maybe these legal battles could work around that somehow? Another pede who may know more then I will have to chip in here to answer your question on that.
There's several ways that GEOTUS can succeed. I think the most likely way he pulls this off is by having the courts discount compromised ballots, or ballots that could be potentially compromised (as in the legal victory we had yesterday, 11/12/20). If that happens in PA, and MI, then Biden falls below 270. Then an audit, and re-canvassing will hopefully occur, which should in theory, weed out the compromised ballots. So, yes, the plan should be to try, and throw out compromised Biden ballots to force things to go below 270.
Hopefully if the audit, and re-canvassing shows the insane amount of compromised ballots that we've heard about from Giuliani, then there's a shot that we can win electorally.
What we would want to see from SCOTUS is the re-affirmation of the Constitution's dictate when it comes to the legislature setting the time, and place of voting. Not the courts. In PA's case, the PA Supreme Court dictated election rules, not the PA legislature. If someone else has another positive SCOTUS scenario, please feel free to reply to me with that scenario.
Another way that Trump can succeed is the Courts have the House of Representatives decide things. In this way, each state sends a delegation to vote, and it would be one vote for each state. Since there are more states that voted for Trump, then for Biden, we will win in this way. This would be the scenario where Trump wins without technically going to SCOTUS, but I'm not sure if SCOTUS makes the call for the states to vote.
Personally, I want the states to vote for the President. I think in this scenario, the end-result is less explosive. I'm not on the left, so I can't speak for them, but I think the states deciding would be...more palatable, maybe then having a decked Constitutionalist SCOTUS make the call? Don't quote me on that since I can't speak for the other side of the aisle haha.
Let me know if there's something I didn't explain well enough, as chances are, this may not have been the best possible answer that you could've gotten regarding this subject haha.
I think it’s fairly easy to speak for the left in terms of how the results are overturned (by SCOTUS or delegation). It will sound something like weeping and gnashing of teeth and it will look something like smoke rising from cities and peaceful acquisitions of large screen televisions from places like Target, Best Buy and Walmart. Black Friday may just have more symbolic undertones this year!
