In Trump's defense even he was stunned by the depth of corruption in this country. It's not just DC but nearly every single government agency, media company, university, municipality, etc.
The Clinton years really escalated the China takeover and it was escalated yet again during the Bush and Obama years.
Trump comes along and slows down the takeover and what happens? A virus is unleashed that millions of Americans cower from allowing the same corrupted government/media machine to take back power / do China's bidding.
