The very next stage is when we hit 3rd gear and things heat up. The key for that stage is to clearly define the question SCOTUS is being asked. If the question is broad, like "Are unsolicited mail-in ballots constitutional?", that will effect all the states, and would be catastrophic for Democrats.
If the question is narrow, like "Is an unsupervised ballot count constitutional?" that will effect mostly individual swing states where that happened. Still bad for the Democrats.
Either one hands the Presidency, the Senate, and the House to us.
