I love being an old timer, the inside jokes are epic. I guess so many people will not get this.

A very quick explanation: Trump used to have a PR guy working for him called John Miller, the funny thing about John was he sounded so like Trump it was uncanny, he also looked exactly like Trump, lived in the same apartment and was also married to Melania.
