tl;dr - in the raw voter logs it seems we can use the "date last changed" to know when PA received the ballot. There are MANY THOUSANDS of votes which were received after 11/3. In the PA system they are ALL marked "last vote date" 11/3. But their "date last changed" reveals when the vote was actually physically received.
This might not be huge - but its nice to have our OWN numbers and OWN data so they cant just bullshit us.
LOOKING AT ALL THE RAW PA VOTER LOGS
- 11/04 : 493,184 ballots
- 11/05 : 317,110 ballots
- 11/06 : 172,628 ballots
TOTAL : 982,922 BALLOTS RECEIVED AFTER 11/3

And of course Team Trump might want to throw out all ballots received AFTER 11/3.
And of course PA might claim they cant tell who is who.
But their voter log does show this info in the "date last changed" column.

PA cheaters thought that the 6th was the last cut off date. So even if the back dated they prolly put the 4th, 5th or 6th since they thought it was "legal"
So in trying to cheat and extend 3 days they actually did us a favor because we can now ID all late ballots (after 3rd).
If the cut off would have been the 3rd they could have back dated them all to the 3rd and itd make it impossible to see what is what.

USING THE SITE ABOVE we can see this is the date they RECEIVED the ballot
Not all votes can be looked up in this tool. I tested with several other names and each time if the record is found the web site "Ballot Received" date matches the voter log "date last changed" data.

If I'm leading the strategy for the Democrats, I just go find some independent, no-party affiliation voter, maybe a couple of old ladies, and we sue or intervene in the case on behalf of independent voters.
Our argument will be that we don't care what party affiliation the Secretary of State is, the person is obviously an idiot, and that person provided legal guidance upon which poll workers relied on, in good faith, to count and enter otherwise legally cast ballots.
They will argue that my sweet old ladies mailed their ballots by the deadline, they arrived on time, but that the State of PA simply didn't enter them in time because they believed they had those additional 3 days.

There have been reports that the votes are all mixed together and the envelopes destroyed. If true you could not tell which came in late. That's why the question of remedy is so important - do they take away all votes because of the illegal ones or do something else? I fear they will say it is too damaging to everyone else to nullify their votes, and even if a vote was late it was the intent of a voter, so they will let the result stand and just sanction the law breakers.
I believe that’s been the goal of the dems all along, with the every vote matters campaign. They want to roll the dice in court and are trying to shift public opinion as much as possible to persuade the courts.

Yes you do. That’s on the data dump right? But how did they vote? Unable to be sure since the envelope is the only way to tell the persons ballot. It was planned all along not to be able to trace the mail ballot to the person sending it. These fuckers are crafty and have been at this for decades.

Of course, but in the United States and in most countries, the "secret ballot" is sacred, so that we cannot ever be coerced to vote a certain way under fear that some authority is looking at who we voted for and could hold that against us.
And so in the mail in voting process, ballots are sent in envelopes that are obviously linked to the voter.
Upon receipt, the poll worker verifies that that ballot was postmarked and received in time to be a legally cast ballot.
The poll worker verifies that the signatures match the voter rolls on the envelope. Once all that work is done, the poll worker then removes the ACTUAL ballot from the envelope, and places the ballot, with your votes but with no other personally identifying information linked to you, into the queue to be counted / tallied.
From that point forward, there is no way to link the ballot with the voter.
Then it would seem like what you need is a way to postmark a ballot, and not an envelope.
Just spitballing here... If the outer envelope had a cutout where the postage is placed where the corner of the ballot was exposed, the USPS automated sorting machine would postmark on the folded ballot inside instead of the envelope (which contains the voter's name and signature). Doing it this way would ensure secrecy of the ballot as there is no voter identifying info on the actual ballot. (Wanna get rich? Get a patent on an envelope with a window cut out for the postage/postmark in the corner, similar to those envelopes that have windows for the addressed recipient)
Or, you could just require in-person voting and all of these problems go away. :)
Hence the mad dash on Election Day to secretly get them all separated from the envelops without any oversight.

most likely, you could produce a graph showing there was a constant ration of Trump/Republican to Dem/Biden votes until a certain time, at which point it spiked to a massive Biden/Trump ratio, and that this change off occurred after the 3rd, and then use that to show the original ratio needs to be assumed as what the non fraudulent total/count would have been.
I think this is at least somewhat possible to backdate
One possible remedy is to reverse the count to when the "ballot pool" was still clean (the illegitimate ballots were not counted yet) and freeze the results as they were at midnight between the 3rd and the 4th (I believe that was when it was announced that the counting will be stopped). Any ballots counted afterwards, regardless of their legal status, will not be included (save maybe for the overseas & military ballots).
If that is not possible, then a new election should be called (in Georgia they already have the runoff scheduled, so that infrastructure is already there). Should that be impossible, the results from the state should not be certified (thus no electoral votes), or the state's legislature appoints the electors for the candidate they choose, as per the Constitution.
But we know what the count was as of 11/3
If they cant tell which vote is which it is my understanding that they randomly choose 900k votes that were counted and throw them out. At least that is how it is down in Wisconsin, per Reince Preibus.

Linux is a beast at text processing. I am truly an amateur at this and rely heavily on search engines to sort out exactly how to do this stuff. We are very lucky that the voter logs are in plain text spreadsheets and not something else.

This is fantastic work, but even with how clearly they violated election laws in PA, I don't see how a judge signs off on invalidating 900k votes. Not saying they can't do so legally, just that no judge will have the balls to do it. SCOTUS took a ton of heat for a long time just for getting involved in the 2000 election case and I think it only takes one judges to puss out or have someone lean on them to flip the case.
How solid is SCOTUS on this?
edit- I actually gave this some more thought and identified what my problem is. It seems like the narrative they're trying to push in court (correct me if I'm wrong) is that the votes were illegal because either they didn't get witnessed or were received late.... that's fine, but as long as there's plausible deniability that this all might have just been incompetence or an isolated fraud I just don't believe the courts will be willing to intervene. I think they should, but I doubt they actually would (probably try to cite some reason why they don't have to see the case). I think the only way you get SCOTUS making a ruling is if they totally expose this as a planned fraud BY THE BIDEN CAMP. The point is, they need to see the public on this being planned before the courts will actually make a move. That means more direct evidence than we've seen so far. Thoughts?
When the scale of the fraud is revealed SCOTUS will have two options: rule against the fraud and effectively overturn the election by sending to the house & senate, or rule to allow it and basically undermine the rule of law and their own constitutional purpose forever. Pray they choose option 1, and we avoid war!
Can additional scales of vote fraud disenfranchisement be made? You have valid, verifiable, certifiable votes on one side of the scale. You have invalid, unverifiable, uncertifiable votes on the other side of the scale. Including those invalid, unverifiable, uncertifiable votes in the net count is necessarily disenfranchising the much bigger valid, verifiable, certifiable batch. This is so even if you do not know if there is a mix of each of those two types in the late counted batches.
At that point some level of disenfranchisement becomes wholly unavoidable. So better to choose the stack on the side of the scale that disenfranchises the least. The responsibility and fault of disenfranchisement lies with those individual poll workers and ballot counters. But weighing each set of ballots in a scales of justice manner results in less harm tossing the invalid, unverifiable, uncertifiable ballots. And including those invalid, unverifiable, uncertifiable ballots results in more harm to the valid, verifiable, certifiable ballots.
They could also just shine a light on it and send it to the electoral college.
election law does not require fraud. it only requires that the law was not followed.
in this case, a state court order was issued to the state government to follow the law. then an emergency SCOTUS order was issued to the state government to follow the law because they clearly weren't. now there's a state court order finding the law was not followed after two court orders. SCOTUS is on our side here.
ACB is likely to vote against the deadline extension as it is undoubtedly unconstitutional, but you are correct in that it only takes one of "our" justices flipping to flip SCOTUS (this is already assuming Roberts rules with the left).
If it's any consolation though, there are a number of factors at play where SCOTUS is very likely to rule the deadline extension as unconstitutional:
There doesn't need to be a planned fraud by the Biden camp for this to happen, though, and the evidence for that will be sorely lacking.
These Democrats in the inner city precincts are like independent terrorist cells, they don't need any central authority to disrupt and create chaos. They know what to do without needing to be told.
So the idea there is a master plan in place by Team Biden to coordinate all this is not just far-fetched, it's unnecessary.

I so wanted this to be an accurate method. However, I checked mine and my wife's vote. I dropped my vote off on the Thursday before when I was renewing my CCL. My vote was processed 11/2/20. My wife dropped it off the Saturday before, and hers processed 11/5/20. Perhaps there is something else to be done with the data, but I do not think this is reporting what I had hoped it was reporting.

I take no issue with the calculation of how many ballots were received after Election Day. However, do we know if the votes from those ballots were reflected in the public vote counts?
if they were entered into the machine, odds are they count towards the vote count, as the numbers kept rising for days after the election. If PA can't properly sort these votes and prove their case in court, they may get auto trashed, because that would be complete irresponsibility on their part. even if they only trashed the votes from 11/5 and on, that's over 500k votes, and if they can't affirm who voted for who, and when, the entire thing may get binned.
